Also I have limited chance to test is so it may not work at all.
Please note that PPTP is outdated and you should not use it. PPTP VPN is no longer supported on macOS for some time but in last release the PPTP.ppp plugin, that was still part of the OSX and we were able to reuse it to connect was also removed.
